Who are we?

We are the Gosselin Family, sharing our journey of renovating our dream home.

Paul Gosselin- AKA ‘P’ –

He’s the brain, muscle and mad man behind this renovation.  P is a web agent by day and home renovator by night.  Some people choose to whistle while they work, but P stretches his comedic funny bone while nailing trim and installing flooring (wood makes a great audience).  And he quotes Steve Jobs quite often.

Shoshana Gosselin – AKA ‘Shosh’ –

She’s the creative, and crazy one.  Shosh is an Interior Decorator by day and works on the renovation by night.  Her idea of a good time is painting closets and driving P mad!

Sydney Gosselin – AKA ‘Pickle’

She’s a sweet critical member of our team with mad skills in using the hammer.  When she holds the hammer, its ‘hammer time!’ Pickle loves to blow bubbles as she works-the original Bubble Yum is her fave.

 

Why are we chronicling this project?

This was a big undertaking for us and we wanted to share it with our friends.  We also needed a place to whine outloud.

 

Our motto?

Our reno project is only as limited as our imagination (and our wallet).

 

   

Our new house?

Our newly purchased home is not new at all! It was built in 1978, and is a fully bricked colonial.  The previous owners madly loved wallpaper and the color pink.  It is also set in a lovely neighborhood with beautiful trees and smiling neighbors.
